Why I do this

Buying a home in America is hard. Not understanding the paperwork makes it risky.

Purchase contracts, disclosures, inspection reports, loan documents, contingency deadlines — dozens of pages, mostly in legal English. Many families sign because everyone around them says it is normal.

That is how people overpay, miss a deadline, or inherit a problem they never saw in the listing photos. I know the feeling: when I first came here, I nodded and signed without really knowing what I was agreeing to.

So I built my work around one rule — you understand every page before you sign it. In Vietnamese or English, for you and for your parents. I have a wife and three daughters, I treat every file like my own family’s, and I have been part of 800+ transactions at First Team Real Estate.

Why families choose me

Three promises on every file

Explain before you sign

Every disclosure, contract and deadline — in plain Vietnamese or English, for you and your family.

Verify, don’t assume

Remodels, permits, ADU potential, roof and systems: we check the facts instead of trusting how a home looks.

Straight answers

If a home is not right for you, I will tell you. No pressure, no sales pitch.
